The Basic Operating Process Of Rotary Carbonization Furnace

Introduction:

Rotary furnace is a new type of carbonization furnace developed on the basis of continuous carbonization furnace. The continuous carbonization furnace has a large output and high work efficiency, due to its high cost, the required production site must be large enough, and the installation and operation of the machine are more complex. Many customers are unable to meet all of these conditions,so in order to solve the customer’s problem, we developed a rotary carbonization furnace to solve it.

The basic operating process of the rotary carbonization furnace is as follows:

After starting the carbonization furnace, adjust it to the positive low-speed mode, ignite the heat source at the bottom of the furnace to heat, and open the furnace door to add materials when the temperature rises to 200°-250°. The furnace door is then sealed for carbonization. When carbonizing, the rotation speed can be controlled according to the size and density of raw materials. The carbonization time depends on the moisture of raw material, after carbonization is completed, open the furnace door, adjust the furnace to reverse mode, the charcoal will rotate out of the furnace door, when get all the finished charcoal products, then re-add the rawmaterial to start the next carbonization, repeat the above steps.
