nowadays more and more people prefer shisha smoking other than cigarette, the raw material of shisha charcoal we used it 100% pure apple tree charcoal,
firstly we carbonizated the apple tree branches into charcoal by the horizontal
carbonization furnace.
second, all the charcoal need to be crushed into fine charcoal powder by the
charcoal ginder/crusher, or by raymond mill.
third. mixing the charcoal powder with water ,binder(the special food binder we used in china) 100% well
fourth, pressing all of them into round tablets shape by our
rotating shisha press machine.
fifth, we put all the into the dryer with stroller.
last, we will pack them into case and cartons.
